The fixed LACHE BAR is one of the easier hanging obstacles. Like on a pull-up bar, you pull yourself up with your arms and swing or jump with your hands and arms to the next LACHE BAR or the following obstacle. The obstacle can be installed in any number in a row – the longer the route, the more challenging the LACHE BAR becomes.
