Just hanging on to this obstacle a bit is not enough here to be able to master it. The special challenge with the Rumbling Dice is to be able to flip it sideways with the help of strength or one’s own body weight. This must be repeated until the other side is reached. This is an obstacle that can really cost you power as a ninja and is less technically demanding. The Rumbling Dice is also often used in OCR obstacle races (Obstacle Cours Race) and belongs categorically to the Ninja beginner obstacles.
