The BALANCE BAR is a much feared opponent at the beginning of a Ninja course. Either you take it slow and lose a lot of time or you sprint over the BALANCE BAR and risk falling onto the mat. Whether fast or slow, each step must be placed precisely and exactly over the balance bar’s center of gravity, otherwise the bar will spin and throw each athlete onto the mat. The BALANCE BAR is mounted on special high performance bearings and can rotate freely. Without being anchored to the floor, the BALANCE BAR can be adjusted and changed quickly and easily.
